MAXI QUICK CHILI 
3 lbs. chili meat
2 cans jalapeno pinto beans
2 cans pinto beans
4 cans tomatoes, whole, peeled
1 onion
1 bell pepper
5 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. oatmeal

Brown meat with onion and pepper. Add beans and tomatoes (squished up). Bring to boil. Add chili powder and oatmeal. Cook covered for approximately 30 minutes, uncover and simmer until thickened.
