OVEN SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. onion, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
7 oz. uncooked thin spaghetti, broken into pieces
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook and stir hamburger and onions in 10 inch skillet until hamburger is light brown; drain. Stir in canned tomatoes, green pepper, water, mushrooms, salt, sugar, chili powder and spaghetti, break up tomatoes with fork. Pour mixture into greased 2 or 2 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and cook in 375 degree oven, stirring occasionally until spaghetti is tender, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook uncovered 5 minutes longer.
