GREEN PEPPER ROUND STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2 x 1-inch strips
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
15 oz. stewed tomatoes
2 lg. green peppers, cut strips
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. steak sauce
3 c. cooked rice

Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown meat in hot oil. Lightly saute onions and green peppers. Add to meat. Add stewed tomatoes, oregano and steak sauce. Cook slowly on top of range for 1h our or until meat is tender. Serve on a bed of rice.
