GREEN PEPPER ROUND STEAK 
1 1/2 round steak, cut in 1/2 x 1 inch strips
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 lg. green peppers, seeded & cut in strips
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. steak sauce
3 c. cooked rice

Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown meat in oil, lightly saute onion and green peppers. Add to meat and tomatoes, cook slowly on top of range for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serve on a bed of rice.
