APPLE PIE - SUGAR FREE 
2 c. apple juice or cider, cold
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. thin sliced apples

In saucepan combine apple juice or cider, cornstarch and cinnamon. Stir to dissolve cornstarch. Cook over low heat, stirring. Add apples. Cook until thickened enough to put in unbaked pie shell. Put on top pastry. Bake pie about 40 minutes until browned on top in 375 degree oven.
