Peel 6 apples. I mix different apples such as the following; McIntosh, Rome, Red Delicious, Granny Smith, Cortland.
Oven 400 degrees first 15 minutes. After peeling and cutting, take square butter and put in bowl. Mix bulk sweet and low, around 3 teaspoons and 2 teaspoons of bulk brown sugar, sweet and low. Mix good and pour over apples. Cut up 1/2 stick of butter and place on top of pie. Take 1/3 cup of apple juice and pour over pie then cover with crust in 350 degree oven. You can base crust with milk if desired. Bake 40 minutes and test to see if apples are done. Sweet and Low reduces cooking time. Serve warm or cold.
