SUGAR FREE APPLE PIE 
2 (9 inch) pie crusts
8 med. apples. peeled and sliced
1 (12 oz.) frozen apple juice, undiluted
2 tbsp. cornstarch, mix with a little water
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix juice, cornstarch, salt, butter and cinnamon. Cook over low heat until thick. Pour over apples and mix. Pour into pie crust. Put top crust on and pinch. Bake at 420 degrees for 10 minutes, turn oven down to 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes before serving.
