SUGAR FREE APPLE PIE 
2 unbaked pie shells
2 tsp. lemon juice
10 apples, peeled & sliced
4 tsp. granulated sugar, replacement or granulated fructose
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tbsp. butter

Peel and slice apples, sprinkle with lemon, tossing to coat. Place in heavy skillet with 1 tablespoon butter. Cover and heat on low until fork tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Pour into pie shell. Mix sugar replacement, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg in cup and sprinkle over apples. Cover with remaining shell. Seal edges with fork and trim. Bake at 425 degrees 35 to 40 minutes.
