BAKED HAWAIIAN HASH 
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. finely chopped ginger root
2 c. chopped cooked ham
2 c. cubed cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 c. pineapple juice
4 slices pineapple

Combine ham, sweet potatoes, mustard, ginger, and pineapple juice. Pour into a buttered casserole. Lay 1/2 slices of pineapple on top. Sprinkle with sugar; dot with butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven 30 minutes. Serves 4.
