SUGAR-FREE APPLE PIE 
16 oz. can frozen apple juice, thawed and diluted
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 apples, peeled and diced
2 (10-inch) deep pie crusts

Combine juice and cornstarch in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add butter and cinnamon and mix well. Stir in apples. Spoon into crust and top with second crust.

Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 375°F and continue baking for 30 minutes.
