SUGAR-FREE APPLE PIE 
5-6 sweet apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 oz. can frozen apple juice concentrate
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 unbaked pie crust, doubled

Heat apple juice; add flour, cinnamon and salt, stirring until thickened. Pour over apples in unbaked crust. Dot with butter. Add top crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
