CURRIED FRUIT 
2 cans bing cherries
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can mixed fruit
2 apples, peeled and chopped
4 to 5 bananas
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar

Drain fruit in cans. Chop apple. Slice banana. Combine fruits in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle curry powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar over top. Add stick of butter in pats over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Good for breakfast or as a side dish.
