ALMOND CURRIED FRUIT 
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
1 (6 oz.) jar marachino cherries, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds toasted
1/3 c. melted butter
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder

Place first 4 ingredients in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Sprinkle fruit with almonds. Combine butter, sugar and curry powder. Top fruit with this mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
