CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
10 chicken cutlets, thin
10 slices ham
10 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. wine
2 env. MBT chicken broth
Approximately 1 c. water
1 clove garlic, chopped
Mushrooms, amount optional
Oil, approximately 3 tbsp.
Toothpicks

Bread thin cutlets first in flour, then in egg-milk, then in bread crumbs. Place a slice of cheese and then a slice of ham; roll secure with toothpicks.

Brown in frying pan until lightly brown. Saute garlic in oil; add broth, water, wine, and sliced mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are soft. Pour over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve with rice. Don't forget those toothpicks.
