STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS CORDON

3 chicken breasts
3 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices ham
Cream cheese
6 slices bacon
1 can sliced mushrooms

Debone chicken breasts, then split in half. Top each with 1/2 slice Swiss cheese. Add slices of ham. Place generous dollop of cream cheese in centers. Roll up. Wrap slice of bacon around rolls; secure with toothpicks. Place in flat baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove from pan; place onto serving plate. Add mushrooms to juice in pan, pour over chicken. Garnish with parsley.
