CHICKEN BREASTS, CORDON BLEU 
Flatten deboned breasts to about 1/8-inch thick. Top each with thin slice of cooked ham and Swiss cheese. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Moisten with evaporated milk and coat with Shake-and-Bake mixed with Parmesan cheese. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Very easy recipe to follow. Only change I made was to use crushed Ritz crackers instead of the Shake and Bake mix. Keeping the costs low and gives as a flavor!
