WHIP CREAM & PUDDING LAYERS 
1ST LAYER:

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. pecans, chopped

Mix well and put in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. cream cheese

Mix well. Spread over first layer. Chill.

3RD LAYER:

2 boxes instant pudding (chocolate, butterscotch or lemon)
3 c. milk

Beat until smooth and thick. Pour over chilled 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

Cover all over with 8 ounce Cool Whip. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of Cool Whip.
