CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE 
5 med. size potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 med. size cabbage, sliced thin
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (chilled) corned beef, sliced thin (put in refrigerator overnight)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Grease a long baking dish.

First layer: potatoes, cabbage, onions and corned beef.

Second layer: same as above.

Pour soup over top layer. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. If sliced properly, you will get 14 slices of corned beef = 7 slices per layer.
