CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE
CASSEROLE
 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 sm. onion, chopped
12 oz. can corned beef, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine all ingredients. Turn into casserole and bake, covered, at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

NOTES: Use a large mixing bowl; the cabbage shrinks in cooking, but it's hard to handle when raw. Nutrition: 314 calories, 8 gm carbohydrates.
