CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 can corned beef
4 sm. potatoes, diced
2 tbsp. dry onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup (used for topping)

Grease casserole dish. Mix all ingredients (first four), pour into dish. Pour can of cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup over top. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in a 2 quart covered casserole.
