CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE
CASSEROLE
 
4 c. chopped cabbage
1/ c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. mostaccioli, cooked, drained, and crumbled
1 (12 oz.) can Libby corned beef
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute cabbage, celery, and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into 2 quart casserole; cover and bake 45-50 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 8 servings.
