SPICY ROAST | |
3 to 5 lb. roast of your choice Onion salt Garlic salt Bottle of liquid smoke Salt Worcestershire sauce Bar-B-Q sauce Place roast in a flat pan, sprinkle with onion and garlic salt. Pour a bottle of liquid smoke over roast; cover with foil, refrigerate overnight. The next morning salt generously; add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil. Bake approximately 5 hours (according to size of roast) at 275 degrees. The last hour of baking, pour the liquid and cover with barbecue sauce. Serve immediately. |
