ROAST
Take a roast, preferably frozen and place in a roaster. Pour 1 1/2 capfuls of liquid smoke onto roast. Sprinkle with onion powder and garlic salt to taste.

Cook roast for 1 1/2-2 hours or until half done at 400 degrees. When half done, remove from oven and slice real thin. Place sliced roast back into roaster and cover. Add more garlic salt and onion powder and a smidgen of liquid smoke, then slice a large onion and lay on top of the roast. Add 2 cans of beef consomme. Return roast to oven at 350 degrees for another 1 1/2-2 1/2 hours or until so tender it can easily be cut with a fork.

Optional: Slice up carrots, celery and potatoes; place around the roast and cook until done.
