BBQ ROAST 
4 lb. chuck (or whatever)
1 c. liquid smoke (1 small bottle is enough)
1 c. Worcestershire sauce

Marinate overnight. Bake in covered dish for 4 to 6 hours at 325 degrees. 1 1/2 hours before done add potatoes, onion and carrots. 1 hour before done remove cover and add BBQ sauce over everything. Continue to bake uncovered.
