ROAST BEEF BARBECUE 
1 bunch celery
1 green pepper
3 med. onions
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
4-6 lbs. chuck roast

Cover. Bake 6 hours at 300 degrees. It is done when you can shred with a fork.
