BARBECUE BEEF ROAST 
1 beef roast
2 onions, chopped
1 sm. can tomato paste
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Cook roast in boiling water in large pan until approximately 30 minutes from being tender. Combine remaining ingredients in pan with roast and remaining water and juices. (May add more water if needed.) Simmer for approximately 30 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly and roast is tender. Serve hot. Sauce is very good over mashed potatoes.
