BARBECUE SAUCE FOR ROAST 
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste

Saute onion and celery until translucent. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Bake desired roast. Serve sauce over roast.
