SPINACH WITH SOUR CREAM | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 tbsp. grated onion 2 eggs, beaten 12/ c. sour cream 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter Salt & pepper to taste Cook spinach and onion in small amount of water until spinach is thawed; drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Turn into greased 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This also works well with a package of chopped broccoli. 4 servings. |
