SPINACH LINGUINE WITH MUSHROOMS,
DILL, AND SOUR CREAM
 
1 pkg. spinach linguine
1/4 c. butter
2 lg. onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp. chopped dill
6 c. sliced mushrooms
2/3 c. sour cream
Fresh parsley to garnish

Cook linguine according to package directions. Melt butter in large skillet and add the sliced onions, garlic and dill. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook 5 more minutes. Add the sour cream and salt and pepper to taste. Drain the linguine, put in a serving dish, pour mushroom mixture over the linguine. Garnish with parsley.
