LINGUINE CHICKEN IN GARLIC SAUCE
WITH MUSHROOMS
 
Boneless chicken
1 box linguine
2 cloves garlic
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
4 sticks butter
1 bushel of mushrooms
1 lg. onion
Parmesan cheese

Bake chicken in butter (1 stick) for 1 hour (season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper). In meantime, saute mushrooms, onions, 1 stick butter, garlic cloves, crushed for 45 minutes. When chicken is done and mushrooms add 2 more sticks butter to sauce and 1/2 cup cheese. Serve chicken mushroom sauce with garlic over linguine. Add more cheese if desired.
