PINEAPPLE-CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple chunks or tidbits 6 tbsp. self-rising flour 1 c. sugar (mix with flour) 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1 stick butter, melted 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed fine Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together pineapple, flour/sugar mixture and cheese. Put in casserole dish. Combine melted butter and crushed crackers. Place over pineapple mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until top is slightly brown. |
