SOFT TORTILLA SHELLS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. Crisco
Lukewarm water

Cut Crisco with flour and salt. Use enough water for soft but firm dough. Divide 6 (2 inch) balls. Let rest on floured wax paper for 20 minutes. Roll out thin. Place on piece of wax paper until ready to use.

Really great start! Just, instructions on cooking would be very helpful! I put in sauté pan, without butter or oil, on medium-low until tiny bubbles formed then fliped and cooked for another 2 to 3 more minutes. So tasty!
