GROUND BEEF PAPRIKASH 
1 lb. lean ground beef (may use turkey)
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
3 1/2 c. beef broth
8 oz. med. egg noodles
1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
3/4 c. light sour cream
1 tbsp. flour

Brown meat in Dutch oven; drain. Stir in garlic, onion, and thyme. Add broth, noodles, and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer 8-10 minutes until noodles are tender. While this cooks, whisk flour into sour cream until blended. Stir into noodle mixture. Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until sauce thickens.
