BROCCOLI AND BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli 2 c. or more leftover roast beef or 1 lb. ground beef, cooked 1 c. macaroni 1 can cream of celery 1 med. onion 1 tbsp. A-1 sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. parsley 1/4 c. chopped green peppers 1/2 c. shredded American cheese 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Mix meat, onions, green peppers, A-1 sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, parsley, and cream of celery in casserole dish. Cook and drain macaroni and broccoli. Stir into meat mixture. Mix in shredded cheeses. Can pat bread crumbs on top, if desired. Cook for 45 minutes or until done. 4 to 6 servings. |
