DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. yellow mustard
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to a bowl and mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients to yolks and whip until light and fluffy. Heat pinto white halves. For fancy look put yolk mixture in pastry bag with a large star tip. Quicker, fancier and prettier than using a spoon or fork. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
