1st Layer: 1 box jiffy cornbread mix 1 pkg. jalapeno cornbread mix Mix the 2 mixes together and cook. Crumble and layer in bottom of dish. 2nd Layer: 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® ranch salad dressing mix 1 c. mayo (8 oz) sour cream Mix together and spread over bread crumbs. 3rd Layer: 1 can mexican whole corn, drained 2 cans red kidney beans drained 1 chopped onion 1 chopped bell pepper 1 chopped tomato Mix all ingredients together and spread over second layer. Cover and chill. | |
