2 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cubed cooked honey ham
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 tomato, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 c. Ranch salad dressing

Bake cornbread according to directions. Let cool and crumble. Mix all ingredients together and chill at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
