VEGETABLES 
1/2 c. cooked fresh, frozen, or canned vegetable without salt
2 to 4 tbsp. cooking liquid, formula or water

Do not add salt, sugar, or fat.

Cook the vegetable without salt or seasoning (read label on frozen or canned to be sure). Press chunks through a sieve or baby food mill. Thin with cooking liquid to eating consistency or place vegetable and liquid in blender and puree until smooth. Serve or freeze. Date contents and freeze no longer than 1 month.

Note: After individual vegetables have been feed several times. Try combining a few.
