CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken
1 pkg. vermicelli
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

SAUCE:

1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1 c. chicken broth
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Boil chicken with salt and pepper. Save broth. Bone chicken. Boil vermicelli in chicken broth. Cook broccoli as directed on package but add no salt. Drain broccoli.

In saucepan over low heat, melt ingredients for sauce. Mix chicken, bermicelli, broccoli and meat sauce in large casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
