GRAND'MA K'S CHICKEN 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. sauteed mushrooms
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
4 chicken breasts, cut up (raw)
1/2 lb. vermicelli pasta
Parmesan cheese

Cook and drain pasta. Lay on bottom of greased 3 quart casserole dish and set aside. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over pasta, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
