QUICK STEAK ITALIANO 
4 beef cubed steaks
1 tbsp. oil
4 oz. bulk Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. apple juice or cider
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Hot buttered noodles
Parmesan cheese

In skillet, brown steaks in hot oil; remove from pan. In skillet, cook sausage and onion until meat is browned; drain. Add tomato sauce, juice, garlic salt, oregano and pepper. Heat and stir to boiling. Add steaks to skillet. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove meat; keep warm.

Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water; stir into skillet. Cook and stir until bubbly. Toss noodles with parsley flakes, if desired. Serve meat with sauce over noodles. Top with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 4.
