QUICK STEAK ITALIANO 
4 beef or pork cubed steaks
1 tbsp. cooking oil
4 oz. bulk Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. apple juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Hot butter noodles

In skillet brown steaks in hot oil. Remove from pan. In skillet cook sausage and onion until meat is browned, drain. Add tomato sauce, apple juice, garlic salt, oregano and 1/3 teaspoon pepper. Heat and stir to boiling. Add steaks to skillet. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Remove meat. Keep warm. Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water. Stir into skillet. Cook and stir until bubbly. Toss noodles with dried parsley flakes. Serve meat with sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
