QUICK STEAK WITH GRAVY | |
1 lb. minute steaks 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. sliced canned mushrooms 1 jar or can brown gravy 1 tbsp. olive oil Saute onions, green peppers and mushrooms in oil in large skillet until tender. Remove from skillet. Brown minute steaks in skillet; drain any excess fat. Add can or jar of gravy to steaks along with sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms. Cover, let simmer over medium to low heat for 30 to 45 minutes or until steaks are tender. Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes and tossed salad for a quick, complete meal. |
