CROCK POT BEEF STEW | |
1 1/2 lb. stew beef (1" cubes) 1 env. onion soup 1 can mushroom soup 1 (4 oz.) mushrooms 1/2 c. red wine or water Place in slow cooker. Cook 5 or 6 hours on high, or 8 to 12 hours on low. Serve over rice or noodles. |
