CROCKPOT BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. stew beef
5 carrots, cut into chunks
1 lg. onion, cut into chunks
3 stalks celery, cut into chunks
28 oz. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca
2 bay leaves

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 5 to 6 hours. Relax!
