MARSHA'S JAM CAKE | |
1 box white cake mix 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring 1 sm. pkg. Jello French vanilla instant pudding & pie filling 1 c. cold milk 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 jar seedless blackberry jam Add almond flavoring to cake mix; prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions. While cake is baking, combine pudding mix and milk; shake in a jar for 1 minute until set. Pour pudding into a bowl and fold in Cool Whip. After cake is thoroughly cooled, spread about 1/2 cup of jam over bottom layer. Cover with second cake layer; spread about 1/2 cup jam over top layer. Spread pudding mixture on sides and top of cake. Keep in the refrigerator and serve cool. |
