CRUNCHIE POTATOES 
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. Cheddar cheese

Mix all together and put in casserole. Top casserole with 2 cups crushed cornflakes. Pour 1 stick of melted butter over top.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
