CRANBERRY BRAN BANANA MUFFINS 
1 egg
1 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. 100% All Bran
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. whole berry cranberry sauce

Grease 12 large muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Combine egg, mashed banana, milk, brown sugar and oil. Stir in cereal, let stand to soften.

In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients, except cranberry sauce. Spoon half the batter into muffin cups, top each with 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce. Spoon remaining batter to cover cranberry sauce. Bake in 400 degrees oven for 20-25 minutes.
