CRUNCHY CHEESE VEGETABLES 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 med. potatoes, peeled sliced 1/4 in. thick
1 c. cheese
1/2 c. finely crushed corn flakes
Additional minced chives, optsp.

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly. Spread in a 15 in. x 10 in. x 1 in. baking pan.

Combine cheese and cornflakes. Sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake at 350°FF for 50-60 min. or potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with optional chives, if desired.

6-8 servings.
