MRS. W.'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 cooked chicken, diced
2 c. celery, chopped fine
2 or 3 pieces toasted bread cubes
1 c. real mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can chopped water chestnuts

Mix. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle top with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese and 1/2 bag crushed potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Yummy. Served for Ms. Tucker-Ladd's farewell luncheon.
